Raf was directed by God to move to Middleton and establish a refuge there.
One Accord Fellowship has a property just outside the town and ministers across the southern Fleurieu Peninsula south of Adelaide.
Raf ministers internationally and with YWAM and FGBMFI, plus in 2007 began the Well of Healing meetings in Adelaide.
